In North Waziristan, a special jirga was held in Miranshah on the success of “Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos".

The jirga was attended by tribal elders and senior civil and military officials.

General Officer Commanding Miranshah, Major General Adil Iftikhar, who was the chief guest on the occasion, thanked the brave tribal people for their support during "Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos" and Marka-e-Haq.

The participants of the Jirga paid rich tribute to the martyrs of the Pakistan Armed Forces, including those who laid down their lives during "Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos".

They warned the enemy that, in line with their proud traditions, the valiant tribal people will always stand by the Pakistan Army in future as well.
