Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has stressed for sincere international efforts to avert a humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

Talking to Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Kistafin in Rawalpindi today, he said Pakistan remains committed to cooperate with international partners for peace in the region.

The Army Chief hoped that law and order situation in Kazakhstan is restored soon.

The ambassador appreciated Pakistan's role and efforts for regional stability and expressed the resolve to play his role to further improve relations with Pakistan in different fields.
