Minister for Climate Change Musadik Masood Malik has said the government is focusing on employment generation and bringing down the inflation.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday, he mentioned that the inflation has come down from forty percent to one percent. He said the agriculture sector is witnessing growth of five to six percent and the international agencies are also acknowledging the economic stability achieved by Pakistan.

The Minister said the cushion provided by decline in international oil prices has been redirected toward development projects in Balochistan.
