Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar says the PML-N has always pursued the politics of service, progress and development.

Addressing a meeting of the divisional, district and tehsil-level youth coordinators of PML-N in Islamabad, he said the economy has improved over the last one year as a result of government's efforts. He said inflation has come down and electricity prices have also been brought down. He said the international agencies are also recognizing the country's positive economic trajectory.

The Information Minister reaffirmed the commitment to completely rid the country of terrorism.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan said the funding for PM Youth loan program has been enhanced from eighty billion rupees to two hundred billion rupees. He said interest free loans will be provided to enable the youth stand on their own feet.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan said a national youth employment policy is being framed. He said government is also focusing on the technical and vocational training of the youth.
