Special Assistant on Climate Change Amin Aslam has said that the use of electronic voting machines is important to ensure transparency and fairness in the elections.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Friday, he said since it is matter of future of Pakistan and strengthening of democracy, all the institutions should move forward on it with consensus.
