Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif is going to launch a unique and first-of-its-kind Aghosh program, under which mothers of children under the age of two and pregnant women will receive financial assistance.

During the first phase, the programs will provide financial assistance to mothers of newborns and pregnant women in thirteen districts.

The program would improve healthcare facilities in underdeveloped areas, ensuring that both mother and child can start a healthy life.
