Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar has said that 4.14 million deserving families have so far withdrawn 49.685 billion rupees cash under Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program in 9 days.

In a tweet today, she said that these beneficiaries include over 1.6 million from Punjab, more than 1.4 million from Sindh, over eight hundred seventy three thousand in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, more than one hundred thousand from Balochistan, over 60 thousand from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 19,623 from Gilgit Baltistan and 7,745 from Islamabad Capital Territory.
