Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has directed the concerned authorities for timely completion of ongoing solarization of masajid project across the province.
Chairing a meeting of Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization in Peshawar, he also directed to initially solarize masajid in those areas where there is acute shortage of electricity.
The meeting was informed that so far six different solarization projects in this regard have been completed costing more than 1053.82 million rupees which will save 82 million rupees annually.
It was further told that six and a half thousand houses have also been solarized in different areas of the province.
