Renowned Pakistani Singer Malkoo said that he has released about twenty songs in season one and now he is busy to release songs for ongoing season two.

In an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan’s Cultural Correspondent Sajjad Parvez, he said that he always try to highlight rich culture of Punjab through his songs at national and international levels in the form of audio and video songs.

Malkoo said that his real name is Muhammad Ashraf Malik, however he is popular with his nickname Malkoo among his fans as called by his mother since childhood.

Responding to a question, Malkoo said that he sang songs in almost all languages of Pakistan including Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto and Saraiki and has equal command over pop, rap, folk and fusion style of singing.

He also thanked and appreciated the role of Radio Pakistan for the promotion of music.
