Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while partly cloudy weather is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and north Balochistan during the next twelve hours.

However, fog is likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab.  

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad eight degree centigrade, Lahore twelve, Karachi nineteen, Peshawar ten, Quetta seven, Gilgit zero, Muzaffarabad nine and Murree five degree centigrade. 

According to Met Office forecast in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is expected in Leh, Anantnag, Shopian, Pulwama, Baramulla, Srinagar while cold, dry and foggy in Jammu.            

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Pulwama and Barmulla zero degree centigrade, Jammu ten, Leh minus seven, Shopian and Anantnag minus one degree centigrade.
