A rally, led by the Jamaat-e-Islami, was taken out in Islamabad today to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza and Palestine.

Addressing the rally, Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said Israel is committing atrocities and tyranny against the Palestinian people. He urged the international community to take notice of the situation in Palestine, emphasizing that it is a humanitarian issue.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman asserted that the hearts of the people of Pakistan beat in unison with their Palestinian brethren. He further said that Israel has reduced Palestine to a heap of rubble.
