37 more deaths due to coronavirus infection and 1050 new positive cases were reported in the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre, 41065 tests were conducted and positivity ratio remained 2.55 per cent.

The death toll due to pandemic infection has reached 21,977.
