Major Wajahat Waheed, who embraced martyrdom in Pasni, Balochistan, was laid to rest in Lahore.

The funeral prayer of the martyred Major was offered with full military honour.

The funeral prayer was attended by the Governor of Punjab, the Corps Commander Lahore, senior provincial ministers, civil and military officials, and a large number of local residents.
