China has imposed sanctions on twenty-eight individuals from the United States, including former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, over “crazy actions that have gravely interfered in China’s internal affairs.

Beijing also sanctioned former Trump national security adviser John Bolton and former adviser Stephen Bannon.
