UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has welcomed the positive steps announced by new U.S. administration relating to migration and refugees.

In a statement, His Spokesman Stephane Dujarric said secretary-general looks forward to working with new U.S. administration led by Joe Biden to strengthen multilateral cooperation in these areas.
