Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik has vowed to further expand Pakistan's longstanding cooperation with Kuwait in the energy sector.

He was talking to Vice President Operations of Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC), Tareq Ebrahim in Islamabad.

Ali Pervaiz Malik said Pakistan remains committed to providing every possible support for investment in the energy sector.

Tareq Ebrahim said KUFPEC is exploring additional investment opportunities in Pakistan's upstream oil and gas sector.
