Cold and dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country during the next twelve hours.   

However, cloudy weather with light rain and snowfall is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas. 

Fog is likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad and Quetta ten degree centigrade, Lahore fourteen, Karachi eighteen, Peshawar sixteen, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad nine and Murree seven degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and chances of light rain and snow is expected in Anantnag, Shopian, Pulwama, Baramulla, Srinagar and Leh while partly cloudy in Jammu.            

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Pulwama and Anangtnaz four degree centigrade, Jammu thirteen, Leh minus one, Shopian and Baramulla three degree centigrade.
