The 16th death anniversary of iconic music director and composer Nisar Bazmi is being observed on Wednesday.

Nisar Bazmi was born in Bombay in India in 1924.

He composed music for more than 60 Pakistani films and received many `Nigar Awards' in recognition of his command over music composition.
