At least 590 Palestinians have been martyred since Israel resumed its war on the besieged Palestinian enclave this week.

According to Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, the martyrdom of over two hundred children is also included in this toll.

Meanwhile, in a report UN Chief Antonio Guterres has warned that the relentless expansion of Israeli settlements is dramatically altering the demographics of the occupied West Bank.

UN human rights office in Palestine has also condemned Israel's new attacks on Gaza, saying air strikes and artillery shelling have struck homes, schools serving as shelters, and tents.
