Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that two hundred playgrounds will be built in villages.

She made this announcement while addressing newsmen in Lahore today (Tuesday).

She said that the Punjab cabinet has given approval to the new sports policy and sports endowment fund will also be established under the policy.

Dr. Firdous said that an order has been issued to change 332 Ramzan bazaars into Sahulat bazaars in the province.

She said that the provincial cabinet has given principal approval to the irrigation act 2021  to protect wildlife in the province.
