The Sindh government has decided to convert the Public-Private Partnership Unit into a private limited company aimed at creating a more autonomous and investment-oriented system for future development.

The decision was taken at a meeting held in Karachi today, chaired by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the company must operate with robust governance and transparent performance review.
