Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has emphasized that promoting the message of peace, tolerance and national unity is the need of the hour.

He made the remarks during a meeting with members of the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee and religious scholars during a visit to Darul Uloom Haqqania Akora Khattak.

Attaullah Tarar said the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee is playing its role in establishing peace, fostering religious harmony and strengthening the national narrative against terrorism.

He said the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, through the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee, is conveying the message of peace and stability to the public.

On this occasion, the Information Minister and members of the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee toured various sections of Darul Uloom Haqqania. They were briefed by the Principal of the seminary regarding its educational and religious services.

The Federal Minister also visited the historic Jamia Masjid Abdul Haq located inside the Darul Uloom.

Through the platform of the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee, the religious scholars reaffirmed their commitment to the establishment of peace and national unity.
