Speaking at the National Debate on Administrative Restructuring of Pakistan in Islamabad today, he stressed the need for a national consensus on it, emphasizing that local governments would also serve as a platform for nurturing new leadership.

Minister for National Health Services Mustafa Kamal underscored the importance of devolving power to the grassroots level.
