The Arab League has called for a complete and sustainable ceasefire in Gaza.

In a statement after an extraordinary meeting on Palestine, the Arab League called on Israel to curb its plans and efforts aimed at the forced displacement of Palestinians.

The organization urged the United Nations Security Council to adopt binding decisions to stop the wide-scale systematic crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people.
