A strong earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 hit Turkiye on Wednesday.

According to Turkiye’s AFAD disaster agency, the epicentre of the quake was in the area of Silivri, while  a depth of 6.9 kilometers recorded.

There are no immediate reports of damage.
