The government has revised the prices of petroleum products for today.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Energy, the price of petrol has been increased by 6.39 rupees per litre. The new price is 327.12 rupees per liter.

Similarly, the price of High Speed Diesel has been enhanced by 7.83 rupees per liter. The new price is 375.04 rupees per liter.

Meanwhile, Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik said the government is reviewing the recently introduced fuel pricing mechanism.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the government is fully aware of the financial burden caused by higher fuel prices.
