Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan says the government is taking concrete steps to address challenges being faced by the business community and investors.

This he said during his visit to the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister said that various committees have been formed to monitor and resolve key issues such as the revival of sick industrial units, privatization, and export enhancement.

Haroon Akhtar Khan said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has increased consultation with stakeholders and is holding regular weekly interactions with representatives from all sectors. He also stressed the importance of creating a business-friendly environment.
