Sindh government has decided to distribute two hundred seventy five thousand solar systems among households at a cost of eighteen billion rupees.  

Our Karachi correspondent Altaf Pirzado reports that the provincial government is also going to launch a subsidized solar financing programme to enable middle-income families to install rooftop solar systems.
