Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar is participating in the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, today.

He joined fellow Foreign Ministers of the SCO Member States for the traditional family photograph ahead of the meeting.
