Development work is underway in various districts of Balochistan under Balochistan Special Development Initiative.

Under the initiative, various projects aimed at providing basic facilities have been completed in Musakhel district.

Of the one hundred and fifteen projects worth over seven hundred million rupees under Phase One and Phase Two in Musakhel ninety-six have been completed, while nineteen are at the final stages of completion. Projects related to education, healthcare, clean drinking water, roads and other basic facilities have been completed in the district.
