Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir along with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Iranian Minister of Interior Eskandar Momeni in Tehran.

The visit is part of Pakistan’s efforts to promote regional peace and stability.

The visit will focus on promoting efforts towards peaceful, lasting and comprehensive resolution of the conflict in the Middle East.
