Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says Moscow is ready for talks with Ukraine to settle disputes without considering any ceasefire proposals.

Talking to media in New York on the sidelines of the 78th session of UN General Assembly, he said Moscow has already been deceived on the matter of negotiation as west does not want this war to end.
