UN Secretary-General António Guterres has called for greater financial support and cooperation on global climate action.

He was addressing a high-level event on Climate Action and the Just Transition at UN Headquarters in New York.

The UN Secretary-General underscored the need to mobilize 300 billion dollars annually for developing countries to enable them to fight climate change and transition to renewable energy.
