Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has secured six seats unopposed in the Senate from Punjab while PML (N) got five seats.

These seats include general, technocrats and women.

Those elected unopposed are Saifullah Niazi, Dr Zarqa, Aun Abbas, Syed Ali Zafar and Ejaz Chaudhry from PTI, Kamil Ali Agha of PML-Q and five  candidates of PML(N) include Sajid Mir, Afnanullah, Irfan Siddiqui, Azam Nazeer Tarar and Sadia Abbasi.

Spokesperson of Provincial Election Commission Punjab, Huda Gohar confirmed that notification in this regard will be issued after 3rd of next month.
