In Indonesia, a 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck the western coast of country's Sumatra Island today (Friday) killing two persons and injuring dozens others.

The country's Disaster Management and Mitigation Agency tweeted that the earthquake's epicentre was on land and has no tsunami potential.
