Scientists at the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen recently announced the discovery of a massive triple-star system or a system with three Suns.

The system, which is the first of its kind, has two Suns that orbit one another and a third more massive Sun orbiting the pair.

The stars in the system are very close together.
