Iran has described Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir's visit to Iran as highly fruitful.

In a statement, Deputy for Communications and Information at the Iranian President's Office, Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei, said Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir's visit was replete with highly valuable diplomatic achievements and the results of which will soon become apparent.
