In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two Kashmiri youth in Kupwara district, on Sunday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, both were slain by the troops during a so-called  cordon and search operation in Tekri Nar area of Machil in the district.

Meanwhile, the Kashmiri farmers and traders announced to shut fruit markets for two days from tomorrow against unnecessary hurdles created by the Indian authorities in smooth movement of the fruit vehicles.

Talking to the media in Srinagar, they said more than 8,000 fruit-laden trucks have been stranded on Srinagar-Jammu highway for the past many days risking the livelihood of around 70 percent population of Jammu and Kashmir connected to the industry.

Two Kashmiri youth were arrested by police in Indian state of Rajasthan.

Meanwhile, in violation of International Law governing the rights of nomadic people, the Indian authorities have banned movement of bakarwal families along with their livestock on Srinagar-Jammu highway which will severely disturb their lives.

On the other hand, Kashmiris from across the US rallied in front of the UN building to renew their call for implementation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir exercise of the right to self-determination.
