International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women was observed on Saturday, November 25.

The theme of the day is “Leave no one behind: end violence against women and girls.”

In this connection, the United Nations is leading a sixteen day awareness campaign against Gender-Based Violence from Saturday till 10th of December.
