Mainly cold and dry weather is likely to prevail in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. 

However, Cloudy weather with rain-thunderstorm and snowfall over hills with few hailstorms is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Punjab.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad seventeen degree centigrade, Lahore eighteen, Karachi twenty-three, Peshawar fifteen, Quetta nine,  Muzafarabad eleven, Gilgit ten and Muree eight degree centigrade. 

According to Met Office forecast in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and snow is expected in Anantnag, Shopian, Pulwama, Baramulla, Srinagar and Leh while partly cloudy with chances of light rain in Jammu.

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Anantnag Pulwama and Baramulla five degree centigrade, Jammu seventeen, Leh minus four and Shopian six degree centigrade.
