Pope Francis, who died on Monday, was laid to rest in Vatican on Saturday. He was 88.

The funeral service was attended by dozens of leaders including the U.S President Donald Trump, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prince William of the United Kingdom.

About one hundred and forty thousand people gathered in St Peter's Square and the nearby streets.
