The United Nations Refugee Agency has urged the international community to not forget the Rohingya refugees.

Speaking to reporters in Dhaka, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi said that Rohingya refugees have reiterated their desire to return home when conditions allow and the world must work to address the root causes of their flight and to translate those dreams into reality.

He also agreed to boost support to Rohingya refugees relocated to a remote island Bhashan Char in Bangladesh.
