Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi says the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement is an important development towards the promotion of unity among Muslim countries.

Addressing an event in Lahore, he said the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement will further strengthen defence cooperation and mutual trust among Muslim countries.

The Governor stressed that the fundamental objective of the agreement is the promotion of peace, stability, sovereignty and collective security.
