Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Raza Amiri Moqaddam says Palestine is a global issue and referendum is only way to resolve the Palestine issue.

He was addressing a ceremony held in Rawalpindi to express solidarity with oppressed Palestinians.

The Ambassador said that it is our responsibility to inform the world about Israeli atrocities on Palestinian.

The Iranian ambassador said is mandatory to ensure participation of real residents of Palestine in the referendum.

Speaking at the occasion, DG Khana Farhang Iran Rawalpindi Farmarz Rehmanzad said that crimes of Israel are being supported by other world powers, including the United States.

He said that Qaida-e-Azam had said in his letter to American President that the partition of Palestine would be a threat to world peace. He said that this prediction of Quaid-i-Azam is proving correct.

Poets Dr. Sarfaraz Zafar, Tameel Mehdi, Zain Abbas, Hussain Pars, Nisar Muhammad Taseer, Nasir Mengal, Dr. Kashif Farman, Nargis Jahanzeb, Tariq Naeem, Ilyas Babar, Mehboob Zafar and other were present in the ceremony. Prof. Jalil Ali presided over ceremony.
