Rallies taken out in different parts of country to mark Youm-e-Muzammat-e-Gaddar-e-Pakistan

Rallies were taken out in different parts of the country to mark Youm-e-Muzammat-e-Gaddar-e-Pakistan on Sunday.                             

The participants paid tributes to the martyrs of Pakistan who rendered ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty for ensuring integrity, sovereignty and honour of the nation and motherland.

A large number of people participated in these rallies, holding national flags and portraits of martyrs. They chanted slogans in favour of Pakistan Army saying ‘Long live Pakistan, Long Live Pakistan Army’.               

The rallies were taken out in different cities of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in favour of the armed forces.

The participants condemned the incidents of violence and desecration of martyrs' memorials on 9th May.

Various events and rallies were also held to appreciate and recognize the sacrifices rendered by the armed forces.

They said we will make every sacrifice for the security of Pakistan, which is our red line.

The participants reiterated that the sacrifices of the martyrs of the Pakistan Army will not go in vain.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rallies and other events were held in Sawat, Chitral, Shangla, Buner, Dir, Bannu, Waziristan, Dera Isamail Khan, Haripur, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Mohmand, Peshawar, Mardan,  Kohat and Karak.

In Balochistan rallies were taken out in Quetta, Sibi, Noshki, Dera Murad Jamali, Jafferabad, Khuzdar, Kohlu, Dalbandin, Naseerabad and other cities to express solidarity with Pakistan Army.

In Punjab, roads and public places in Gujranwala, Narowal, Kharian, Chiniot, Dera Ghazi Khan and other cities were decorated with banners and placards exhibiting people's love for the country and the armed forces.       

People took to the streets in protest and expressed their anger over the disgrace and disrepect of martyrs and the burning of military installations.                                  

Speaking at these events, people from different walks of life paid tributes to the martyrs and raised slogans in favor of the Pakistan Army.

People across the country have given clear message that disrespect of the martyrs and armed forces will not be tolerated at any cost.
