DFDI Forum commencing in Islamabad from today

A two-day Digital Foreign Direct Investment Forum is commencing in Islamabad from today.

It is being organized by Ministry of Information Technology in collaboration with Digital Cooperation Organization, a global intergovernmental organization dedicated to digital prosperity.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be the chief guest at the opening session.

Delegates from different countries will be attending the forum. More than 40 companies and startups would exhibit their products, while over 35 ministers and government delegations from various countries are also attending the event. The forum will also feature over 30 international speakers and more than 50 CEOs from leading international IT companies.  

It is aimed at showcasing the country's potential in startups and IT companies and promoting innovation and technology exchange.

The event will bring together investors, policymakers, industry leaders, and technology experts from around the globe to explore new opportunities in the digital economy.

It will also provide a major opportunity for Pakistan to showcase its technological capabilities and to establish itself as a center for innovation and investment.
