Dr. Zahid Anwar Khan (IR Expert):  The OIC declaration is a victory of the diplomatic efforts of Pakistan. Pakistan wants peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute according the UNSC resolutions. Actually, Pakistan succeeded in convincing OIC member countries over its stance on Kashmir. It is a victory for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir. This declaration will put a pressure on India to settle the dispute through politically negotiated settlement. OIC is the voice of the Muslim world. Unfortunately, Muslims are not given a due share in international political and economic order.

Abdullah Gul (Defence Analyst):  The government of Pakistan must be congratulated for celebrating this very significant day. The Palestine dispute was badly managed by the Trump Administration. The Palestinians are very close to our hearts. The struggle of Palestinians and Kashmir people has a lot of similarities. Both are suffering because of atrocities of occupying forces. Our founding father Quaid-i-Azm Muhammad Ali Jinnah categorically rejected the recognition of Israel. Pakistan is the leader of Muslim world. When Arabs are not playing their role, Pakistan is standing with the Palestinians, which is very unique.

Dr. Rasheed Ahmed Khan (IR Expert): This diplomatic victory of Pakistan. The diplomatic efforts of Pakistan are yielding results now. The issue has been internationalized yet again. We are on an important juncture of history. The visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to ISI headquarters has a symbolic importance. It is meant to highlight the importance of security institutions of Pakistan.

Brigadier, retired, Said Nazeer (Defence Analyst): This has been a principle position of Pakistan over Palestine dispute. This is the oldest issue on UN agenda, which is yet to be resolved. There are UNSC resolutions on Palestine and Kashmir. A number of reports about human rights violations and ethnic cleansing in Palestine and Kashmir have surfaced on global media. There is no second about Pakistan's unflinching stance on Palestine. The new administration in US won't bring any major change in its policy over Palestine. American politics, think tanks and academia are under the influence of Israeli lobby.
