APHC hails Pakistan for raising Kashmir dispute at OIC meet

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed satisfaction over the OIC Foreign Ministers’ Council resolution passed in favour of the Kashmiris’ inalienable right to self-determination at its session in Niamey, Niger.

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC General Secretary Molvi Bashir Ahmad in a statement issued in Srinagar, today (Sunday), thanked Pakistan for its efforts to muster the support of Muslim countries for the Kashmir cause.

He said that Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi has very well drawn the attention of the Muslim countries towards the sufferings of the Kashmiri people.

Hurriyat leaders Abdul Samad Inqilabi and Ghulam Nabi Darzi in their statements sought more effective role by the OIC to save Kashmiris from ethnic cleansing in IIOJK.

Meanwhile, an analytical report released by Kashmir Media Service, which is based on interviews and statements of experts on Kashmir and Palestine said India and Israel are increasingly cooperating to coordinate their tactics of occupation in their respective occupied territories— Kashmir and Palestine.
