Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in central/southern parts during the next twelve hours.

However, gusty winds are likely in plain areas during the forecast period.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta twenty-two degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-eight, Karachi thirty, Gilgit thirteen, Murree seventeen and Muzaffarabad twenty degree centigrade.       

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, hot and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while dry weather in Leh.

Temperature recorded this morning:          

Srinagar and Shopian eleven degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-four, Leh three and Pulwama, Anantnag and Baramula ten  degree centigrade.    

The Information Minister said the International community must remain alive to the reality that the onus of escalatory spiral and its ensuing consequences shall squarely lie with India.

He reiterated nation’s resolve to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan at all cost.
