First flight from the United Arab Emirates carrying flood relief assistance arrived at Noor Khan Air Base Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
The relief items include food, medical supplies and tents for the flood affectees.
In a statement, Foreign Office spokesperson Asim Iftikhar Ahmed thanked the government and people of UAE for this continued assistance.
He said this is continuation of humanitarian air bridge between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates established to alleviate the sufferings of flood affectees.
